Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Big "I" legislative team and the members who attended the 2025 Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C., Congress has passed legislation to make the federal 20% Qualified Business Income (QBI) deduction permanent for agencies structured as pass-through entities.
