A New Way to Lead
Recently I was thinking back on a lesson I learned from my Junior Varsity basketball coach (many years ago!): it dawned on me what he was doing and how it applies to what I am working on today for Big I NY. A quick story: we had 13 kids on our roster; like any team we had a strong, regular starting five and then three or four of us who would come off the bench and play significant minutes.
