IAAC, Inc., the membership services division of BIG I NEW YORK, was organized in 1973 to offer the various profit-making services of the Association, i.e., errors and omissions, commercial umbrella, group life, accident & health, long-term disability and dental insurance for member agencies. IAAC also offers insurance products for members to sell to clients. IAAC is involved in the development of new products and services, i.e. a collection service, advertising aids and other non-related products and services.

IAMAC, the Independent Agents Marketing Assistance Corporation, created in 1981 as an IAAC service, provides the membership with easy access to the non-standard and excess and surplus lines markets.

IAPAC, Independent Agents Political Action Corporation, was organized in 1977 to collect funds for use in our New York State Legislative effort. Monies are donated voluntarily by the membership and contributions are made to the political campaigns of legislators who are sympathetic to the problems of small business people, particularly insurance agents.

New York Insurance Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit organization, provides educational courses and seminars to insurance professionals throughout New York State and encourages business students to choose careers in insurance.
